FOOD CRISIS

eeemmmm.... new problem existing for food operator. price of raw material increase tremendously .... hisshh mcm2 masalah la kat msia nih.. i really tension facing the same problem, unsolved matter............ govt dah came out dgn mcm2 solution tp masih tak bole solve the crisis. last year masa ramadhan coarse sugar supply shortage, then cooking oil pulak ...settle that ,now masalah baru our staple food rice n high protein flour pulak yg shortage.... this really impact our business.... i think this is the right time govt take serious action not acting like NATO (no action, talk only) people getting fed up so i guess those responsible people u better plays ur role effectively. btw we decided to wait n see how's this matter will effect our business so in the mean time our food pricing still remain same. to our customer you still can come dine here with great portion of food but low in price extremely cheap. the portion still same even though some operator do cut down their portion to maintain the price but we don't do that. our motto your satisfaction is our priority n insyaallah we tried to fulfilled. we tried to absorbed the cost so that we may attract more new customer n retain our regulars.... talking bout regulars customer there's one guy we called him ABU GARCIA (not sure his real name). his the best customer that we ever had bcoz he'll dine here 5 to 6 times a week. same menu every day, every visit "double sirloin steak with extra coleslaw no chips n same beverage hot warm barley". wow dahsyat kan mamat nie..... i think one day we should reward him with something for become our most Loyal customer...... hehehehehe. so for those yg searching for mouth watering menu this weekend come to yok mampir cafe to fulfill your taste buds n insyaallah you won't regret.

we wish u happy 2nd birthday...... we really proud of u. may allah s.w.t. will always bless u. may u will grown up as a wonderful person, well behave, great personality n make u proud of having u as our son...... insyaallah!!!!!!! wow...sekejap je rasa nye adam dah 2 thn rasa mcm baru semlm delivered adam to this wonderful n challenging world. complete rasa nye our family dgn kehadiran erfan adam n his sis ezza aleya. mama rasa bertuah sgnt dgn kalian berdua walaupun bukan senang nak membesarkan korang. la nie lagi la pening....si adik tak henti2 buli si kakak... pantang lepa jer dia pukul kakak dia.... yg kakak nie memang ratu air mata cam mak dia jugak..... hahahaha..so sabo jela.... well for adam birthday present we bought him a scrambler bike..... i will insert the pic later.... very cute bike n he likes it very much.... tiap2 mlm bawak masok dlm umah takut hilang... so masa kitorg sibuk pilih2 gift utk adam, si kakak pon terkebil2 biji mata nyer..... kecian nyer tgok muka dia. we all pon tak sampai hati so we bought her 20" mountain bike.... habis pokai mama n abah...utk anak2 berkorban apa saje... ingat anak2 jer yg excited dapat present... mlm tuh masa tgh meniaga tetiba my hubby cakap dia nampak cam my father's car menuju ke arah our restaurant.... i ingat my hubby bergurau coz my dad skrg ni dah dok kedah....takkan tetiba jer dia dtg sini...... sekali 2 one group of people enter our restaurant yg tgh bzy giler i toleh kepala ya allah betul la my dad....yaaaaahhhhhooooooo!!!! happy nyer rasa. i really miss him so much.. since dia pindah kedah baru sekali i visit him........ jauh sgnt la. my mum masih ada kat sini n she will moved to kedah end of july... emm... nanti lagi la rindu... anyway bila semua my parents, brother n my sis with her family dtg...happening la. mulut semua becok berebut nak bercerita..... pas tu my fil pon dtg nak join sekali bawak my kids utk jumpa tok wan n tok timah. syoknye rasa. mlm tuh pas tutup kedai we all balik andalas coz 2morrow we gonna send my mum to klia aiport. she going to shanghai, china..... don't forget souvenior for us.......

MACAM MACAM PERISTIWA

hallllloo yaa......well biznis tonite a bit slow maybe dah tgh2 bln nih or maybe customer lebih prefer lepak kat umah watching concert af.... since our projector rosak n we all antar service so temporary no big screen @ yok mampir. to all our regular customer sorry 4 the inconvenience situation so u all guys kena la mendongakkan kepala tgok tv 29". layannnnn jela.

actually many things happen for the past three days. last thursday my niece 7 month old warded coz patah tangan. can u imagine her arm patah 2...... adoiiii kecian nyer!!!!! yg tak best tuh this thing happen last monday but my sis tak prasan n tak tahu pon tgn anak nyer patah... so after 2 days tgn nyer start bengkak n they went 2 clinic so doc pon xray n barulah they noticed their daughter's hand has broke. trus doc suruh refer ke hosp. so my niece has been warded for 2 days in htar klang. tgn kena simen n kena limit kan movement dia to ensure the broken bone will rejoint back within 3 weeks.

next my nephew pon kena warded gaks last friday coz of asthma. so minggu nie je i went to hospital twice but different location. yesterday me, hubby, my kids, pil togther went to az-zahrah medical center, bangi 2 visit my nephew. alhamdulliah dah sihat n discharge that afternoon. last friday tue pon my uncle buat kenduri pembahagian tugas or dlm javanese term kenduri gejobos (btul ke spelling nih???). usually this particular kenduri akan di adakan one week b4 the wedding ceremony utk membahagikan tugas 2 make sure the function runs smoothly. so i guess the week is the most hatic week 4 us but we really happy helping n lending our hands to ensure the ceremony runs successfuly.

btw last friday my daughter ezza aleya went to sunway wildlife interactive zoo, organized by her kindergarten Q-dees sec 7 shah alam. she's truly excited joined the trip. they went by bus. visit the zoo until 1.00 pm, having lunch at mc donalds sunway n return back at 2.00 pm. she looks very happy n really enjoy the trip so she can't stopped talking bout it. many activities has been organized for them... feeding the animals, ride a horse, animals show n etc. since she really like the place, we decided to visit the zoo next month n bring along her little brother erfan adam insyallah.......

tomorrow sunday 13th april, there will be a big game for football fans. so if u're MU fans come n join us @ yok mampir to watch the most exciting game MU vs ARSENAL. for those yg dah biasa lepak sini will realize we are the die hard fans of MU. Yok Mampir will transform into old trafford stadium. red devils fans come n support our favourite team, pray 4 the victory n become the champ of EPL. three more games to go.... so MU all the best n make us proud tomorrow..... Go MU!!!!!!! Watch Out seee yaaaa...................

HISTORY N INTRO OF YOKMAMPIR CAFE

first of all tqvm 4 those yg dah visit our blog yg x seberapa nih... n welcome 2 d new viewers. briefly our cafe operated since oct 2003 , 3 month after i delivered my first baby girl. so cafe nie usia nya lebey krg my daughter 's age. well actually this cafe adalah cetusan idea my hubby yg x suka keje ngan org. so he influenced me to quit my job n run this bznis together. we started with our backyard bakeries that supply fresh bakery product to proton canteen n school canteen nearby. bakery bznis not really successful and we struggled alots. modal nak rolling bznis byk but the income not enough to cover every single thing like equipment, salary n nak support idup pon semput. so we made drastic decision by opening small kiosk n selling western food. with our supportive families n friends alhamdulillah we manage to expand our bznis from small kiosk to a huge restaurant within one year. the ultimate satisfaction are the bznis growth well n profitable. one thing that attract our customer is the unique n catchy name of our cafe YOK MAMPIR. a javanese term means JOM SINGGAH inspired by mil. Western food are our signature item n we also had yummy licious continental cuisine. There are more than 50 varieties of food n beverage n the price very very cheap compare to other. The most popular menu of course of chicken chop , sirlon steak , grilled lamb chop served with our homemade black pepper sauce n brown sauce. Don't forget to try our chicken rice (no 1 in town). Beverage u can choose hot, cold or iced blended, fresh fruit juice n etc.... so i suggest you guys drop by n give us the feedback. Insyaallah by the end of the month we'll come out with our new menu to offered more varieties n choice for our customer. so i'll blog the feedback n response from customer once we launch our new menu next month. see ya............
