RECIPE OF D' DAY




HOMEMADE MUSHROOM SOUP.......


NO OF PAX : 8 PERSON
PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUITE
150gm chopped shitake mushroom
1 can chopped button mushroom
150gm dice chicken
250ml heavy cream (dairy whipping cream)
pinch salt & pepper
pinch chopped garlic
750ml water
250gm mashed potato

METHOD
1. Saute garlic in stockpot until golden brown,
2. Then put in dice chicken and mushroom, and add water, bring to boiled
3. Thicken the soup with mashed potato and keep it boiled
4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer
5. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

GARLIC SPREAD
1. Cut french baggute 45degrees about 2cm thick
2. Spread on garlic spread evenly
3. Baked in the oven approx 2 minuite at 200 celcius
4. SERVE................ enjoy d yummylicious soup!!!!
